Nicolas Entel | Sins of My Father

Nicolas Entel is a documentary filmmaker best known for Sins of My Father, which premiered at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival and won, among others, the Havana and Miami film festivals. 

Dubbed “a masterwork” by Hollywood Reporter and as being one of “the highest television accomplishments that I can recall” by Nobel Laureate Mario Vargas Llosa, it has been acquired for distribution in over 50 countries, where it was exhibited in theaters and by networks such as HBO (US), Channel 4 (UK), Canal Plus (Spain) and Arte (Germany and France). Nicolas also directed the award-winning documentary Orquesta Típica. He is the founder of Red Creek productions for which he executive-produced the documentaries Desamparados and Carolina Herrera, both for Discovery Channel.
