Serving as the .007% of Latinx Showrunners, these powerhouses are taking charge as they overtake obstacles in the industry.

Herb Scannell Fireside Chat Presented by Mitu

Herb Sannell, the CEO of Mitu, popular Latino Digital Media Network, inspired young Latinx audience members in becoming the future voices  of inclusion in media. Herb shared his goals in extending the Mitu brand through events, SVOD, TV, merchandising and eventually full-length feature films.

Rebels Without A Crew Presented by El Rey Network

During the Rebels Without A Crew Panel, the producers and filmmakers of the series got the chance to share their struggles on creating feature films with only two weeks time and a limited budget of $7,000.

Writing Up The Ranks Presented by Writers Guild America West

Writers at the Writing Up The Ranks Panels talked about their experiences on how they were able to work their way up in Hollywood. With their extensive knowledge of the industry, these speakers divulged invaluable wisdom, transcending the writers of tomorrow to new heights.

Producer's Masterclass with Film Producer Frida Torresblanco

Frida Torresblanco was named one of the 50 most powerful Latinos in Hollywood in 2007, and 10 years later she is still making waves in Hollywood. The award-winning film Producer disclosed her experience in Hollywood such as working with top directors Guillermo Del Toro and Sebastian Lelio, inspiring younger minds to pursue a career in filmmaking.
