Queen of the South season 3 is headed our way and it's sure to set our summer on fire! The action packed female led show follows Teresa Mendoza (Alicia Braga) as she aims to become the most powerful woman in the cartel business.

USA released a small sixteen-second trailer that ignited our anticipation for the upcoming season. With quotes like, "If you want to succeed in this business, you will have to choose between survival and your heart," it's no wonder we cant wait for the new season to light up our television screens. USA also dropped a few teasers on their social media sites and we are absolutely more than ready for summer to be here!

Season 3 seems to be picking up right where we left off, with current drug queen Carmon Vargas (Veronica Falcon) aiming to take Mendoza's life, but we can't expect Mendoza's run for queen to be smooth sailing can we? After all, just like the trailer says, "heavy is the head that wears the crown." Although, I'm sure fans are a little nervous about the possible heartbreak season 3 has in store for Mendoza. The Facebook teaser reads, "Being queen will require more work - and more sacrifice - then Teresa ever imagined." 

Fans are taking to Twitter to unravel possible theories and let the internet know they are ready for this season of badass Latinas.
