As Director of Programs & Development at NALIP, she oversees the organization’s flagship events and initiatives, including the NALIP Media Summit, Diverse Women in Media Forum, and Director’s Incubator, while spearheading strategic partnerships with studios, streamers, and mission-driven organizations to amplify diverse storytellers and expand industry access. She plays a pivotal role in fundraising, program design, and community building, ensuring NALIP remains a leading advocate for equity and representation in media.
A skilled marketing, communications, and events professional, Vannessa brings a proven ability to see the bigger picture and align creative vision with operational execution.
