Vannessa Sanchez is a creative producer and strategic partnerships leader with over a decade of experience across entertainment, media, and nonprofit sectors. As Director of Programs & Development at NALIP, she oversees the organization’s flagship events and initiatives, including the NALIP Media Summit, Diverse Women in Media Forum, and Director’s Incubator, while spearheading strategic partnerships with studios, streamers, and mission-driven organizations to amplify diverse storytellers and expand industry access. She plays a pivotal role in fundraising, program design, and community building, ensuring NALIP remains a leading advocate for equity and representation in media.

A skilled marketing, communications, and events professional, Vannessa brings a proven ability to see the bigger picture and align creative vision with operational execution. She has designed and executed large-scale campaigns, curated cultural programming, and produced memorable experiences that resonate with audiences while advancing organizational goals.

She holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a double bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California (USC).
