Imaginar The Film Independent Imaginar Producers Residency is a new program created to support Latinx Producers, made possible by The Walt Disney Company and Searchlight Pictures, in collaboration with the National Association of Latino Independent Producers (NALIP). STARZ #TAKETHELEAD Writers Intensive
NALIP and NFMLA are excited to collaborate once again with STARZ for the fourth season of the STARZ #TakeTheLead Writers’ Intensive—an empowering program aimed at nurturing new voices in television.
This initiative provides emerging writers the opportunity to refine their skills and develop original spec scripts with hands-on guidance from top-tier mentors, executives, and experienced writers.

The Director Incubator The Director Incubator, sponsored by Netflix, is an intensive production grant designed to empower emerging filmmakers who tell stories from the perspectives of women and gender-expansive individuals. This initiative provides the necessary tools, resources, funding, and guidance to successfully develop and produce short films that reflect their unique creative vision. Submissions closed. The Accelerator
The Accelerator is a project hub dedicated to 1st and 2nd feature films at any stage of development. 12 creative teams are selected to take part in a month-long mentoring process, which includes a Hub Day at the NALIP Media Summit. During the Hub Day, participants have one-to-one meetings with market guests, and the projects are assessed by a Jury.
