NALIP Hub Ambassadors play a vital role in strengthening local creative communities. As an ambassador, you become the face of NALIP in your city, helping strengthen our nationwide network of Latino and diverse storytellers.

Ambassadors collaborate with the NALIP team to organize intimate gatherings such as panels, networking conversations, and studio visits. This volunteer role is ideal for community-minded professionals who are passionate about fostering access, representation, and meaningful connection within the industry.

What Are NALIP Gatherings?

Small, curated meetups (up to 30 attendees) designed to foster connection, collaboration, and meaningful conversation. These gatherings are casual, community-driven, and geared toward networking, resource sharing, and expanding NALIP’s access in all cities.

Who attends:

  • NALIP Members


Ambassador Role & Expectations

  • Organize a minimum of 2 gatherings per year, which can be a mixer, talk, screening, brunch, whatever fits your city’s creative community
  • Serve as event hosts, manage check-in, and coordinate venue logistics
  • Provide photos and short videos for NALIP’s social platforms
  • Communicate with the NALIP staff for approvals and support
  • Submit a brief recap with highlights, needs, and ideas for the next meetup
