Youssef Delara is a director.  His multiple award-winning dramas, English as a Second Language (2005) and Bedrooms (2009), premiered on Showtime Networks.  Off those successes, Delara directed Filly Brown (2010), a NALIP media market entry, starring Edward James Olmos, Gina Rodriquez and Jenni Rivera.

Filly Brown premiered at Sundance 2012 and was distributed by Lionsgate in 260 screens nationwide.  Delara also directed the thriller, Enter the Dangerous Mind (2012) starring Jake Hoffman and Nikki Reed.  After a SXSW premiere, EDM will be theatrically released late 2014.  Delara recently joined the DGA and will direct his fourth feature film script, a heartfelt urban romantic comedy, The Bounceback (2014), starring Nadine Velasquez, Shemar Moore and Bill Bellamy.
