The deadline to apply for the National Hispanic Media Coalition (NHMC) Television Writers Program is July 31, 2014.  The program is a five-week intensive scriptwriters workshop that prepares Latinos for writing jobs on television shows at major networks. More than 100 writers have graduated from the program, 25% of whom have been staffed on shows in networks such as ABC/Disney, NBC, CBS,FOX, Nickelodeon, CW, BET, LATV, VH1 and NUVOtv.
