Between April 23rd- August 24th, 2015,  our partners La Plaza de Cultura y Artes celebrate Anthony Quinn with The Many Faces of Anthony Quinn exhibit.

Anthony Quinn was born Antonio Rodolfo Quinn Oaxaca in 1915 in Chihuahua, Mexico. His family moved to East Los Angeles where Quinn eventually began acting. From his film debut in 1936, Quinn acted in over 130 films and was the first Mexican-born actor to receive an Academy Award. The Many Faces of Anthony Quinn explores the many roles Quinn played in his acting career through his self-portraits, film stills, and video interviews.

This exhibition was produced in collaboration with Katherine Quinn, the Anthony Quinn Foundation, the Anthony Quinn Trust and the Los Angeles County Public Library.
