NALIP's Pitch Example

It’s the oldest tale of time and from generation to generation, we have all been warned of El Cuco. Your parents probably told you about it, “ If you don’t go to sleep El Cuco will come and get you.” But what if your parents were wrong, what if El Cuco didn’t haunt misbehaved kids but rather adults. This story takes place in Southern California and explores the relationship between two brothers who are plotting to avenge the drunk driver who killed their mom and little sister. Although the revenge is reasonable, El Cuco dislikes humans who take karma into their own hands, especially because that is his job. At first, El Cuco sets out to help the pair but once the avenge of the drunk driver is completed, el Cuco takes on his true form. As the saying goes, what goes around, comes around and now the question is, how will el Cuco punish the two brothers? Will the brothers catch on and learn who El Cuco truly is or will their fate lay in the hands of the dark angel.
