Senior Advisor

Immediate opportunity for a SENIOR ADVISOR position in the Office of the Senior Deputy Chairman (SDC).  This is a temporary position not-to-exceed one year, and may be extended for one additional year at management discretion.

We currently have an immediate opportunity for a SENIOR ADVISOR position in the Office of the Senior Deputy Chairman (SDC).  This is a temporary position not-to-exceed one year, and may be extended for one additional year at management discretion.  The position comes with a generous benefits package and a salary ranging from $106,263 -$138,136 annually depending on qualifications.

Utilizing a knowledge of the arts, the social sector and social innovation,  the ideal candidate will assist the SDC in program development and arts policy. He/she will work closely with the SDC  to carry out a broad range of special projects and activities essential to the SDC's effectively functioning as the Agency's Chief Operation Officer, which includes oversight of  Innovation and Programs & Partnerships.  He/She will work with the SDC on internal and external arts policy, and a wide range of programmatic matters related to the success of the Agency.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in management consulting, strategic planning, entrepreneurship and social innovation.  Excellent  skills in written and interpersonal communications are essential requirements for this position.  He/she must be able to independently manage multiple responsibilities in a very busy, high-profile office.    The ability to travel is required.
