Latino Lens
This year-long initiative comprises the heart of NALIP’s work. Designed to propel diverse creatives and professionals to reach new heights in their career through three tiers: Incubators, Workshop, and Mentorship. Throughout Latino Lens work, our team works to discover, track, and cultivate the next generation of Latinx Excellence.
Members can sign up for a one on one appointment with NALIP and discuss the status of their projects, seek advice on their careers and receive feedback on their materials.

The Diverse Women in Media Forum (DWIMF) is a member-exclusive event that brings together 300+ diverse women to empower each other and to develop deep connections that influence the future of women in media.
NALIP Media Summit
The annual NALIP Media Summit is a 2-day conference featuring invigorating panel discussions from industry leaders, sneak peeks of upcoming Latine-centered media, workshops, and networking opportunities for attendees.
In light of the ongoing challenges our community is facing, we have decided to postpone the NALIP Media Summit for Fall 2023. We understand the struggles that our community is going through, and our main focus is to address the current needs and support all during these tough times.
