Diverse Women in Media Initiative
Under the Diverse Women in Media Initiative, we bring together women of all backgrounds working across various entertainment and media platforms to build community, celebrate, and to develop their careers. The culmination of our work begins on our exclusive one-day event - The Diverse Women in Media Forum.
Emerging Content Creators Inclusion Initiative (ECCII)
Everyone starts their careers somewhere, NALIP has geared this initiative to help provide resources, tools, and mentorship to emerging artists looking to kick start their careers. Scholarships to most of our annual events are readily available within this initiative.

As our first initiative in NALIP’s history, this annual event serves to champion diverse creatives with a space, community, and resources to continue to build their careers to the next level. Boasting over 100 speakers and 1000 creators, our legacy lies through the work done during our summer conference and Awards Gala.
Latino Media Market
NALIP’s Latino Media Market™ (LMM) is designed to be a great stepping stone to further the careers of its fellows and their projects by meeting industry representatives who can provide sound advice on how to foster their project to the next level.
Latino Media Fest
Our annual Latino Media Fest works as a platform to highlight and showcase the best U.S Latinx content creators and projects across a variety of media platforms. Latino Media Fest brings together the Latinx community and allies alike for a 3 day event to recognize the incredible work making waves in the industry.
Latino Lens
This year-long initiative comprises the heart of NALIP’s work. Designed to propel diverse creatives and professionals to reach new heights in their career through three tiers: Incubators, Workshop, and Mentorship. Throughout Latino Lens work, our team works to discover, track, and cultivate the next generation of Latinx Excellence.
