As our first initiative in NALIP’s history, this annual event serves to champion diverse creatives with a space, community, and resources to continue to build their careers to the next level. Boasting an average of 100 speakers and 1,000 creators annually, our legacy lies through the work done during our summer conference.

Latino Media Market
NALIP’s Latino Media Market™ (LMM) is designed to be a great stepping stone to further the careers of its fellows and their projects by meeting industry representatives who can provide sound advice on how to foster their project to the next level.
Diverse Women in Media Initiative
Under the Diverse Women in Media Initiative, we bring together women of all backgrounds working across various entertainment and media platforms to build community, celebrate, and to develop their careers.
