The Role:

Moonbug Entertainment is seeking a Production Manager to join the design team on the smash hit animated series, Morphle!

  • Manage the day-to-day workflow, assignments, facilitation of communication, calendar scheduling, note-taking, and asset organization for 3D CG children’s series production team
  • Work closely with the Senior Producer to ensure Executive feedback is communicated effectively to the Canadian Animation Studio
  • Management during each stage of production, reviews, and key check-ins
  • Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process in tandem with the Directors
  • Supervising production assistant
  • Managing all communication systems, including slack and emails
  • Managing daily and weekly schedules and communicating schedule changes
  • Manage casting approvals and VO recording

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in production or project management in children’s animation or a related animation field
  • Strong production skills and extensive knowledge of the CG animation pipeline
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Must be comfortable working across multiple time zones and multi-tasking multiple projects at once
  • Must have experience working with external vendors and comfortable trafficking assets across multiple platforms and teams
  • Ideal candidate has experience working with ShotGrid, Monday.com and Excel
  • Must be a self-starter and have excellent teamwork skills
