The KYAC Creative Group is responsible for creating and maintaining a cohesive visual identity for our brand. We are a multi-disciplinary creative team with a diverse range of skills. Our team is comprised of creative/art directors, graphic designers, animators, illustrators, photographers, writers and producers. We interact with every KYAC division including our international teams, Adult Swim, Warner Bros, Hanna Barbera and Cartoon Network Studios. We also work with every department, including marketing, digital, public relations, programming, social, consumer products, legal, sponsorship, research and sales.
We are looking for a Production Coordinator to assist on a variety of projects across different platforms including experiential, linear, print & OOH, key art & illustration, digital, and premiums. This role will provide administrative and process support to these production activities. In this position you will have the opportunity to impact operational processes and influence how we collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.

The Daily
Assist with production of promotional & OOH materials, campaigns and key art development, production & distribution for Adult Swim, Cartoon Network Studios, HBO Max and Warner Bros. Animation original series.
- Maintaining production schedules for assigned projects.
- Keeping projects on track within our in-house creative team as well as with outside agencies & vendors
- Serve as lead production contact and supervise small to medium projects on a case-by-case basis.
- Keep your direct manager updated on your projects
- Ensure that the business objectives are met and brand strategy is being followed and consistent across all platforms
BUDGET TRACKING AND ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
- Manage budgets and initiate agreements for assigned projects.
- Approve and process invoices from outside agencies and vendors.
- Work with Director of Production to track and maintain budgets.
- Provide administrative & process support where needed.
MINI BRAND GUIDES AND CAPS
Managing schedules and updating a status report for Mini Brand Guides & Character Art Packs
OTHER
Workload permitting, will be expected to help with Creative Group Production team as needed. This will be at the discretion of the Director of Production.
Art Development & Production:
Assist the creative development and collaborate with executives for key art on multiple KYAC campaigns (5-8 campaigns)
Events (Project assist):
Assist on events (3-5 events)
Project Management by Brand:
Oversee off-channel creative for all KYAC original brands (5-8 brands)
Premiums:
Oversee the production premiums (5-8 premium jobs)
The Essentials
* 2-4 years of production experience in video, print, live events, digital as well as a proven track
record in launching 360 campaigns.
* Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
* 2-4 years strong project management and operational skills, including process improvement
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic organization
* Resourcefulness and ability to work collaboratively
* Bachelor’s degree required
