The Latino Lens Workshop: Producers is a series of weekly webinars to prepare current and aspiring Film and TV producers in developing the fundamentals of Producing through engaging lessons, connecting with industry professionals in various aspects of filmmaking and building a network of diverse creatives.

Program Goal: 

The main outcome of the program is to equip participants with the skills necessary to successfully enter the industry workforce while utilizing their personal taste and instincts to forecast the developments of the industry. Participants will tread into the business of media and entertainment by deep diving into active case studies. This workshop will serve as a primer to individuals beginning their journey into the industry.

Topics that will be included in the workshop series are below, but not limited to:

• Creative Producing
• Story Development
• Pitching + Visual Presentation
• Packaging with and without major studios
• Keeping up with Industry Trends
• Financing

The virtual workshop will run twice a week from May through September, Monday & Wednesdays 7:00pm - 8:00pm.
