NALIP Announces the 14th Annual Latino Media Market Fellows

The National Association of Latino Independent Producers is proud to announce the selected group of content creators to participate in the 2018 Latino Media Market (LMM). Meetings will take place during the NALIP Media Summit at the Ray Dolby Ballroom at the Hollywood & Highland Center in Hollywood, CA on June 22nd and June 23rd.

The Latino Media Market is supported by HBO, the California Arts Council Statewide Networks Programs with additional support from the Los Angeles County Arts Commission. The Latino Media Market™ is a series of meetings where our selected fellows and their projects meet for one-on-one pitch meetings with entertainment industry executives.

This year’s categories include:

  • Documentary Works-in-Progress
  • TV/Streaming & Digital Web Series
  • Low-Budget Features in Development or Pre-production

NALIP received a record number of powerful submissions and after much deliberation by the NALIP team and industry veteran evaluators, the top 25 projects were selected.

“NALIP’s Latino Media Market has become a key industry program to launch Latinx careers and projects. I am very proud to have witnessed its growth and impact over the last several years. I wish the 2018 cohort of LMM fellows the best of luck and success." Ben Lopez, NALIP Executive Director
