Marcos C. Gonzalez is president of MCG & Company, a strategy and financial advisory firm providing strategic and capital services to a diverse set of companies in the U.S. and Latin America. MCG & Company helps clients develop and execute marketing, distribution and growth strategies, and advises clients on raising capital from private investors. Marcos began his career with IBM and then joined The Boston Consulting Group, a top-tier, global management consulting firm. Later, he entered the private equity investment industry, first with Bastion Capital and most recently at Darby Private Equity. Marcos has also worked in consumer goods, financial services, media, telecom and renewable energy industries, among others.
