Assistant Director for Venezuela's internationally recognized feature films “La Familia” (Cannes Film Festival 2017), “El Amparo” (San Sebastián Film Festival 2016), and “Jazmines en Lidice” (Miami Film Festival 2019) among others. Her first short film “Salta” (Dive) is a subtle and sensitive coming of age story that premiered at Tribeca Film Festival 2017 and obtained the Jury ́s Mention for Student Visionary Award. It also won the Best Short Film award at the 20th Pink Apple Festival in Switzerland, has been screened in over 15 countries and is currently available on Prime Video thanks to Amazon's Prime Video Film Festival Stars Program. Her project “Vuela” was one of the the Top 5 finalists of the Chanel and Tribeca Film Institute Program Through Her Lens 2017 and Semi-finalist for the NALIP´s Latino Lens Incubator Program 2018. The project is currently being developed into an anthology series about long distance love and broken families in the modern global landscape.

An Emmy nominated filmmaker and showrunner of a forthcoming Netflix series filmed in six countries, Xan developed and served as an Executive Producer of HBO’s ROOM 104, where episodes she created received accolades from The Hollywood Reporter, The New York Times, and others. Jorge Avila (Writer and Producer) was born in Mexicali Baja California, Mexico. During his formative years, Jorge discovered the magic of reading and the twist of narrative in a old library in his hometown. Mr. Avila is the author of the book "Maricopa, men in pink" that inspired the stage Musical "Maricopa, an American border Tale" as well as a one man show. the original musical production received recognition from the City of Los Angeles by Council member Gilbert Cedillo from the 1st District. The stage play was produced by Mr. Avila in both Steamboat Springs and Denver, CO in 2018. Jorge has also written a Spanish language children book: Suriana Lugo y el Mago Eskeleto" "Maricopa, an American Border Tale" is Mr. Avila third screenplay; he lives with his family in a small ski town in the Rocky Mountains.

Jon Ayon is a Mestizx (Comcáac/Opata/Pipil/Xicanx/Salvadoreñx) filmmaker from LA. He began his career directing music videos for punk & indie bands in the Pacific Northwest. In Oakland, he worked as a Camera Operator and Editor for KDOL-TV & graduated from San Francisco State University’s School of Cinema with honors. His work has earned him awards from The Annenberg Foundation, The Caucus for Producers, Writers, & Directors, The SF Emmys, and American Zoetrope. Currently, Ayon is an MFA candidate in the Documentary Film Program at Stanford. He has worked as an editor on the films HOODIE, THE CELINE ARCHIVE, & ALICE STREET and as a writer for LOWER BOOM. Miguel Angel Caballero is an award-winning Queer Latinx writer/director/producer. Son of Mexican immigrant farm workers, he grew up both in the U.S. and Mexico, traveling back and forth each year and attending school in both countries. He received his bachelor's degree from the school of Theater, Film & Television at UCLA. His latest short film, 'Acuitzeramo,’ premiered at the Morelia International Film Festival and won 15 awards internationally including the for 'Best Short’ at the Imagen Awards (2020), 'Best LGBTQ Short' at the Emerging Filmmaker's Showcase in the American Pavilion at the Cannes Film Festival (2020), and the 'AARP Silver Image Award’ at Chicago Reeling International. His previous film, 'Broken Sunflower Hearts,' garnered over five awards internationally and was named by Remezcla Magazine as one of the year's 'Best Short Films' by U.S. Latino directors. He co-wrote the critically acclaimed stage play 'Melancholia,' which had a successful run in Los Angeles and at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in Scotland, where it was nominated for Amnesty International's Freedom of Expression Award. Miguel Angel produced the feature film 'Cry Now,' which featured actress Lupe Ontiveros in her final role. He also produced the short film 'The Invitation,' which aired on the Showtime Network. Miguel Angel co-wrote and produced the PSA 'Know Your Rights' for the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles (CHIRLA), which became one of their most widely distributed and viewed tool for immigrant rights. Miguel is an Outfest 2019 Screenwriting Lab Fellow and co-founder of Cabaldana Alchemy, a company whose mission is to develop and produce working-class U.S. Latinx stories from an LGBTQ perspective.

Lívia Campos de Menezes is a Creative Producer who believes in audio-visual stories' power to drive. Before pivoting her career to film, Lívia worked as a Project Manager for companies such as Nielsen.
Lívia has produced short films, such as "The Chance to Live" and "Snatching Love." In 2017, she negotiated an African-American quarterback's life rights, developing the feature script, pitching materials, and bringing an executive producer into the project.
Lívia has staffed film festivals working from theater operations to programming. In 2020, she produced the Brazilian Film Market, hosting panels to discuss media representation and foster connections between Brazilian talents and Hollywood.
An activist on diversity and inclusion, Lívia is a member of NALIP, the Brown Girls Doc Mafia, and Upwardly Global. She is the writer/producer for the BRAVE podcast, interviewing Brazilian women in San Francisco and the communications lead for Grow Together, a project supporting Brazilian women abroad.

Carlos Nahuel Cerutti is a writer, director and producer for the screen and improvisor for the stage. He has a BFA from the Universidad de Palermo (Argentina) in Audiovisual Communication and an MFA in Cinema Directing from Columbia College Chicago. His work has been screened in over 20 festivals around the world including Pöff Shorts, Leiden International Film Festival and Cinema/Chicago’s CineYouth Film Festival. He is currently part of the development and production of television for the hispanic market and before that he was a creative intern at OKRP Chicago during the summer of 2019 in addition to other gigs as a PA and video editor. Carlos is also an alumnus of the iO Theater in Chicago where he studied and performed Improv Comedy from mid 2016 to late 2019.

is a native of Argentina, raised in the diverse city of Miami and currently producing content for All3Media America, Spotify, Saban Films and National Geographic in Los Angeles to name a few. In 2012, Fernandez began her career in media consulting for Television networks on social and digital media strategy for their intellectual property and branded content. During that time, Fernandez produced an array of different shows ranging from reality and documentary to scripted series for Telemundo, Univision, NBC, Discovery and others. In 2015, her passion for music led her to audiovisual project which eventually turned into shifting her focus from digital content strategy to developing IP and producing content beyond digital. From there, Fernandez went on to produce her first scripted feature film entitled VANDAL. Inspired by true stories, VANDAL stars a predominantly LatinX cast of established Hollywood stars. Since living in LA, Fernandez has been dedicated to working with creatives and executives to develop, create and execute film, digital, podcast and television projects independent of form or platform. Fernandez has extensive experience crafting content for Latin American and US Hispanic audiences and understands the cultural and emotional differences amongst the subcultures. Her passion is to bring stories to life that transcend culture, race and gender and as a result evoke emotion and inspiration to audiences.

Robert T. Herrera is a Mexican American filmmaker from Corpus Christi, Texas currently based in St. Louis, Missouri. He shot, directed, and edited the 2011 feature-length documentary, The Gray Seasons, which earned distribution with EPIX and Amazon Prime. He created the 2017 no-budget feature narrative, Palacios, distributed by Freestyle Digital Media. In 2018, He executive-produced and directed the doc/reality show, Hangin’ With Los Henrys, which garnered over 35 million views on YouTube. Herrera is a 2020 Sundance Feature Film Fellow, a grant recipient from the Will and Jada Smith Family Foundation, and an SFFILM Westridge Grant winner with his current screenplay and is currenlty producing and directing his latest feature-documentary. Herrera attended Baylor University and Washington University in St. Louis where he studied architecture, art, and literature and runs the video company, Gray Picture, where he creates a wide range of content for commercial, entertainment, and fine art use.

Her current project is following the life trajectory of one of the most decorated soldiers of the Vietnam War, a Puerto Rican hero named Sgt. Jorge Otero Barreto, also known as Sgt.
