DESCRIPTION

The selected intern will assist in the coordination and execution of video and photographic coverage of the 2021 NALIP Media Summit and gain valuable skills such as research, logistics, and content creation in a professional setting. Applicants interested in all phases of production and video editing are encouraged to apply for this position. This position will work approximately 40 hours a week from June to August.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

The intern should be well-acquainted with: Video production workflows (i.e. timelines, strategies, etc.) Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) Specific attention to detail Receiving constructive criticism/notes on produced content Methods of prioritization Effective time management

 

BACKGROUND

The National Association of Latino Independent Producers (NALIP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that works to discover, promote and inspire Latinx content creators and diverse voices across all media platforms. For 20 years, NALIP has served the needs of diverse content creators including, producers, performers, writers, directors, and industry professionals.
