
LACAC Announces Grant Program Award Recipients

Los Angeles County Arts Commission announced the 2017-2018 recipients of their Organizational Grant Program. A total of 196 organizations were identified. This is part of a two-year grant program that funds a total of 364 non-profit art organizations. NALIP is proud to have been chosen as a recipient of this grant, and will continue to engage with Latino content creators, and advocating for diverse content in our local communities, as well as on a global scale.
Los Angeles County Arts Commission focuses on fostering vitality, diversity, excellence, accessibility and understanding of the arts in Los Angeles County. The commission covers 88 municipalities and 137 unincorporated areas. The Los Angeles County Arts Commission also manages the County’s civic art policy, coordinates the LA County Arts Education Initiative, runs the largest arts internship program, and produces free community programs.
