EMERSON COLLEGE - Assistant Professor or Artist-in-Residence in Multi-Camera Television Production

Emerson College’s Department of Visual & Media Arts seeks candidates to teach multi-camera television studio and field production. The positions are offered at the rank of Assistant Professor (tenure-track) or Artist-in-Residence (full-time, non-tenure-track). The appointment begins September 1, 2019 with a mandatory 2-day orientation August 22 & 23, 2019.

Minimum Qualifications:

1) An earned MFA in cinematography, production or other closely-related discipline from an accredited institution is required at the time of application.
2) Evidence of professional credits as cinematographer in film or television.
3) Documented experience in digital cinematography and the corresponding tools, including, but not limited to, familiarity with RED, Canon, Sony, Blackmagic and Panasonic products.
