Here Are the 2023 Golden Globes Presenters from Our Communities

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced their first round of presented for the 2023 Golden Globe Awards. A few that were named: Ana de Armas (Blonde), Michaela Jaé Rodriguez (Pose), and Colman Domingo (Candyman). Ana de Armas was also nominated for the Golden Globes Best Actress. Golden Globe Awards broadcast live on January 10, 2023, on NBC at 8 p.m. ET.

Failure to Change: Two Reports Examine Hollywood’s Lack of Progress Improving Diversity on Movie Sets

According to the newest study released by USC, 9% of the top 100 films were female director. In fact, Hollywood employed fewer filmmakers and directors from underrepresented communities. Another statistic to consider is that only three filmmakers where Latine from the top films, according to USC report. A continuing pattern is that there are more representation seen when the director or filmmaker is part of a minority.

‘Lobo Feroz,’ Spanish Remake of Israeli Revenge Thriller ‘Big Bad Wolves,’ Drops Trailer (EXCLUSIVE)

"Lobo Feroz" a Spanish remake on Israeli film "Big Bad Wolves" will be directed by Uruguayan director Gustavo Hernandez. The trailer was released to Variety, but the release of the movie will be on January 27th by Filmax. Javier Gutiérrez (“Campeones”), Adriana Ugarte (“Julieta”), Rubén Ochandiano (“Undercover)” and Juana Acosta (“El Inocente”) are the lead cast from the feature.

Leslie Grace Reveals Peek At ‘Batgirl’ Costume From Canceled HBO Max Movie

Leslie Grace, three time Latin Grammy awards winner, reveals what would have been Batgirl costume from the canceled HBO Max movie, "Batgirl." The reveal was made through her end of year instagram post that shows pictures and behind the scenes clips during the filming of "Batgirl." The real reason as to why "Batgirl" was canceled is not known, only that is no longer fell in line with the new strategies of HBO Max and DC Films.

Heat Vision's Top 10 movies list was reported by the Hollywood Reporter. The movies represented a diverse set of actors and filmmakers for 2022. ‘Wednesday’ Notches Second Week Atop Nielsen U.S. Streaming Chart With Record Viewership

 

"Wednesday" once has made on the top for Nielsen U.S. streaming charts for the second week in a row. It has amassed 5.3 billion viewed minutes between November 28th to December 4th. This milestone has been reach seven times from four shows. "Wednesday's" total viewing time atop of the charts is 11.3 billion viewed minutes compared to "Stranger Things" having 12.3 billion viewed minutes. Although it comes in second, "Wednesday" only had eight episodes compared to "Stranger Things" having thirty-two.
