The Emerging Content Creators Inclusion Initiative (ECCII) is a NALIP initiative geared to emerging artists and creative youth from underrepresented communities who lack the resources and relationships to kickstart their careers in the entertainment industry. Through ECCII, NALIP offers passes and mentorship opportunities during its annual programs and events.
This initiative targets creators and emerging executive professionals at the start of their careers, whether they are fresh out of college or are in the midst of a career change- the goal is to ensure that they are given the opportunity to connect with peers and mentors. For all of our major events, our team selects a variety of emerging professionals to join our events at no cost. They receive a cultivated agenda based on their selected track, a curated workshop, and mentorship session.
