CPB Sponsors 2017 NALIP Media Summit
NALIP is excited to announce the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) has joined us again this year as a sponsor of our 2017 Media Summit!
A longtime supporter of NALIP, CPB funds public media programs and initiatives to support diverse content creators and engage a broad audience across multiple platforms. We look forward to continuing our work together, advancing diversity in public media and elevating the projects of talented Latino creators.
CPB is the steward of the federal government’s investment in public broadcasting. It helps support the operations of nearly 1,500 locally owned and operated public television and radio stations nationwide. CPB’s mission is to ensure universal access to non-commercial, high-quality content and services. Support for independent and minority producers is one way CPB ensures diversity in programming that informs, educates, enlightens and enriches the public.
At the NALIP Media Summit, CPB helps provide a platform for diverse voices, new content and discussions of important issues, and we would like to thank them for their support in 2017.
