Lauren Pabst is a Program Officer at the John D. & Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, where she works to provide support to the foremost nonprofit investigative reporting and public interest journalism institutions in the U.S. Lauren manages the Foundation’s highly competitive independent documentary production fund, which supports films and interactive documentaries that explore urgent social issues. Prior to joining the Foundation, Lauren worked as a Project Manager and Researcher for the Rada Film Group, a New Media Assistant at the National Black Programming Consortium (Black Public Media), and a Production Assistant at Public Policy Productions.
