Directed and produced by Jeff Arballo, Scramble the Seawolves is the story of the HAL-3 SEAWOLVES the Navy’s first and only rapid reaction helicopter squadron who were established and disestablished in Vietnam, never spending one day in the US. Given war torn hand me down Huey’s from the Army, the Seawolves were tasked with saving the PBRs in the Mekong Delta, stoping weapons and supplies from getting into the enemy’s hands. The Seawolves were so effective they would soon work with the SEALs, Army, marines special opps and all Brown Water Navy vessels. The Seawolves would go on to become the most decorated squadron in Naval Aviation history and of the Vietnam war. SCRAMBLE THE SEAWOLVES is currently airing nation wide on PBS and has won several awards.
