Aurora Guerrero's debut narrative feature Mosquita y Mari traveled over 100 film festivals including premiering at Sundance in 2012. The film garnered multiple awards while also picking up Spirit Award and GLAAD nominations for Best Film under 500k. The New York Times praised: “An unassuming indie jewel...” Los Valientes, slated to be Guerrero's second feature, has received development support from Sundance, San Francisco Film Society, Tribeca and the Global Arts Fund.
