Latina/o Queer Film Festival Showcase, July 21 in LA

NALIP is a community sponsor of the Latino/a Queer Film Festival Showcase of documentaries, feature films and shorts on July 21 in Hollywood, CA at 6363 Sunset Blvd, the LAFS Theater. Since the emancipation of this idea happened in Los Angeles, all the films selected reflect being a queer Latina/o in the city of Angeles. These films will move on to compete with other movies from around the world in the December festival.

This event is a response to the demand for queer, two­spirited, Chican@, Latin@ filmmakers to show their work to the community. Tickets are on sale now for $10 each at can be purchased at or at the door with a credit card.
