Showtime has debuted the first trailer for “Escape At Dannemora,” and if the upcoming limited series wasn’t previously on your radar than it most certainly will be after viewing the first footage. The eight-episode series, directed by Ben Stiller, stars Paul Dano, Benicio del Toro, and Patricia Arquette in the retelling of the 2015 Clinton Correctional Facility escape.

“Escape at Dannemora” stars del Toro and Dano as Richard Matt and David Sweat, respectively, two convicted murderers imprisoned at New York’s Clinton Correctional Facility who broke out of jail with help from Tilly Mitchell, played by Arquette. Mitchell supervised the prison tailor shop and became sexually involved with both men. Matt and Sweat’s prison break led to a manhunt that ended with both of their deaths.
