The National Association of Latino Independent Producers seeks to change media culture by advocating and promoting the professional needs of Latinx artists in media. For over 20 years, NALIP has been addressing both the underrepresentation and misrepresentation of our communities and has been working towards a more equitable landscape. Our organization works with industry leaders towards building a more inclusive future both on and off screen.
Through programs like The Diverse Women in Media Forum, NALIP’s Media Summit, Latino Media Fest, and Latino Lens Programs we have not only provided a safe space and community for Latinx professionals in media to come together but have helped pave the way for those professionals to continue to develop.
To all of our members new and old, Latinx or ally - without you there would be no NALIP. We invite you to be a part of our mission as we come together to transform the landscape. #WeAreInclusion

Despite being the #1 consumer of media in the United States, Latinx continue to be the most underrepresented ethnic minority in media. NALIP has worked with partner organizations to track the progression of inclusivity in the entertainment industry, which we have made comprehensible for you here!
This data cannot continue to be industry standard and NALIP aims to continue to create initiatives that will close the industry gap and transform the industry.
