Marcos is an attorney of the internationally acclaimed Entertainment, Technology & Advertising practice group of Sheppard Mullin. He focuses on transactional entertainment matters, advising clients on all aspects of the development, financing, production, acquisition and distribution of motion pictures, television, and digital programming, music publishing, record label agreements, sponsorship and endorsement deals, working on projects such as Club de Cuervos (first Netflix original in Spanish), Nosotros Los Nobles, Camelia La Texana, Kill The Messenger, 200 Cartas, and Hands of Stone, amongst others. Marcos also published a book entitled ¡Déjame hablar!, on freedom of expression and media consolidation in the U.S., covering free TV, cable TV, satellite TV, video games and the Internet.
