Laurie Tixier

Laurie Tixier is Vice President of Warner Bros. Unscripted and Alternative Television. She is part of the creative team that oversees three companies under the Alternative Television Group: Warner Horizon, Telepictures, and Shed Media. Prior to joining Warner Bros., Laurie was Vice President of Alternative Entertainment for the Fox Broadcasting Network where she was part of the creative and development team that oversaw such Fox programming as “American Idol”, “So You Think You Can Dance”, “Hell’s Kitchen”, “MasterChef”, “Kitchen Nightmares”, and “X Factor”. During her career, Laurie worked on many productions as a producer, director, associate producer, and associate director. She is a three-time Emmy nominee and one-time winner for producing “Midday Sunday” with longtime newsman, Tony Valdez. She began her career at Fox owned KTTV in Los Angeles.

 


Holly Gabrielson

Holly Gabrielson has served as Director of Unscripted Programming for TBS since 2012 and has recently added TNT unscripted programming development to her responsibilities. Gabrielson is part of the team that launched TBS’s first foray into late night, first with George Lopez’s LOPEZ TONIGHT, and then CONAN. Recent work has included overseeing the launch of the series DEAL WITH IT, KING OF THE NERDS, BAM’S BAD ASS GAME SHOW, TRUST ME, I’M A GAMESHOW HOST, CEELO GREEN’S THE GOOD LIFE, the Marlon Wayans’ hosted FUNNIEST WINS, and the currently untitled reality sitcom with “Inside the NBA” commentator and former NBA champion Kenny Smith and his family, premiering on TBS in 2015.  Prior to joining Turner in 2003, Gabrielson developed movies and mini-series at Lions Gate Television. 


 

German Michael Torres

He’s developed and produced a long list of unscripted and scripted programming for such networks & studios as Warner Bros., ABC, NBC, Universal, Columbia Pictures, SyFy Channel, Destination America, mun2, among others. His show From Beyond was the first Latino paranormal realty series, which aired on mun2 & SyFy Channel.  Currently he is producing a TV series with Julia Roberts, ABC Studios and Lifetime TV, and is working on a 2 new reality series for Discovery Channel and he just wrapped the show Swamp Monsters which is set to  premiering on Destination America this year .  He is also  the head of Development for 2C Media (Airport 24/7 Miami, Swamp Wars, and others). He produces content with a universal theme and a great story for all formats and networks.  He started producing reality series several years ago and has produced and sold over 10 series for a variety of networks and production companies.  Previously he spent 8 years developing and representing writers and directors responsible for such content as Bourne Identity, Big Love (HBO), and Ugly Betty. Luis Barreto

Luis has been creating media for most of his life. He was a news broadcast director and shooter before field producing several seasons of MTV’s hit series “Road Rules”. He segued to camera directing on ABC’s “Making The Band” and quickly jumped to co-executive producer on “The Mole-2: The Next Betrayal” and continued as Co-EP on both “Mole: Celebrity Edition”. In 2004 Barreto was honored with an Emmy nomination for his producing work on ABC’s “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition". Barreto’’s produced or directed for PBS, NBC, ABC, mun2, TLC, Discovery and HIstory to name a few.

You can call Luis a true Road Warrior, Luis has logged over 10,000 production miles, producing or directing in places like: Cape Town, Chennai, Mexico City, Shanghai, Havana, Kamchatka Peninsula, Lima, Ho Chi Min City and Rome. 38 countries and 127 cities so far.

Luis is an AVID certified editor who’s posted everything from award wining promos and sizzle reels to full episodes, webbies and docs. On the production front, he’s also worked as field producer, challenge and S & P producer, giving him a unique and well rounded perspective on competition driven content as well as docu-series.

Barreto is fully bilingual (Reads, writes and speaks Spanish) and currently lives and works as a freelance producer, director, writer, in Los Angeles.



Jesus Chavez

Jesus is the Sr. Vice President of the Creator Network for MiTú Network. Most recently, he ran digital for the Univision Television Group developing the digital strategy, managing operations and P&L. He led a multi-location team across functional disciplines in a matrix organization. Under his leadership the UTG digital group achieved profitability, significantly grew revenue and rates while driving video and uniques growth across the local digital properties. 

 Prior to this, Jesus led digital for Univision’s Local Interactive Media, which included all digital efforts for both Univision Radio and Univision Television Group O&O stations. He successfully led the expansion of the local digital business, re-launched 70 online and mobile sites in a seven-month period as well as the first Univision music branded app. 

Jesus’ career w/ Univision started in the Radio division where he held leadership roles across three areas: Affiliate Relations, Digital Strategy and as General Manager of a three station cluster. Under these roles, he successfully expanded Univision Radio’s affiliate business, establishing structured pricing and inventory policies, launched SMS capabilities and finally revamped the entire audio streaming digital offering.

 Prior to Univision, Jesus’ background is in IT consulting and engineering. He has held multiple leadership roles in the industry, including Co-Chair of the Local Committee within the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) and most recently as board member of the Digital Advisory Council supporting the St. Jude Children Research Hospital.

 

 


 Marcos Cline

Marcos Cline is a VP of Content Development for MiTú Network. Television, Film, and Commercial Producer Marcos has produced hundreds of hours of original programming including music, comedy, reality, fashion shows, feature films and more. Work he’s produced has won Emmy, Peabody, Imagen and Location awards and has been broadcast on all major networks. His first feature premiered at the Cannes Film Festival and his commercial clients include major national brands like Verizon, AT&T, Pepsi, Lays, Honda, P&G, and many, many more.
