Location: Burbank, CA 

Duties: Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President/Chief Content Officer, the Executive Administrative Assistant will provide key administrative and organizational support to the executive. This is an ideal position for someone looking to rremain as a career executive assistant. Duties will include managing the CCO's calendar through coordination and the scheduling of appointments and group meetings across cities (domestic and international) with both internal and external business partners. This role will assist with the coordination of the flow of critical information across the company, will organize both domestic and international travel itineraries, and create professional presentations as requested by the executive. 
Duties will include but may not be limited to: 
Coordinates, schedules a high volume of meetings on a regular basis across various time zones. Meetings may occur via phone or in person both international and domestic. 

Responsible for handling a wide range of administrative support related tasks. Answering phone calls and maintaining an efficient and organized desk. Booking domestic and international travel for CCO and reconciling expense reports. 
Creates professional presentations and prepares sales and presentation materials for Cartoon Network Studios. 
Assists with industry events in collaboration with other event managers. 
Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications: Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) 
7+ years executive support experience 
Entertainment and/or media industry experience 
International experience as it relates to scheduling travel and meetings is highly preferred 
Self-starter, very proactive, analytical/problem solving expertise, able to work independently with minimal supervision, sound judgment, effective communication skills, strong project management skills, proven ability to manage multiple priorities, ability to work under time constraints, excellent follow-through, persistent, highly collaborative, organized, creative and strategic thinker.
