Requirements:
- 3+ years experience working with relational databases, PHP, MySQL, and LAMP.
- Thorough understanding of MySQL, Database Design, Replication Setup, and Maintenance in addition to UNIX Shell expertise.
- PHP integration on both legacy code and new projects.
- Experience w/ Linux server environments (RedHat Enterprise 4 Enterprise – Configuration and Troubleshooting)
- Fluent in PHP, DRUPAL, XHTML and Javascript (Ajax), CSS
- UNIX Shell expertise required.
- Familiarity with the Drupal Content Management system
- Experience with open source platforms and languages mandatory.
- Must possess effective communication skills, in both written and verbal form, and be able to work in a team environment or independent
- BS in Computer Science preferred, not required

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with members of the web design, editorial, tech, and on-air programming to determine site features and functionality, deliverables, scope and timeline of the project.
- Gather business requirements from marketing and sales to ensure projects meet overall objectives.
- Document project details for internal staff and partners
- Manage flow of assets (graphic, copy, video, etc.) between team members and partners.
- Create and own project timelines and keep all project members on track for their deliverables.
- Escalate any roadblocks, scope, budget or deadline issues to senior staff.
- Assist in QA process, ensuring that build matches original spec and plan
- Manage freelance writers on a project basis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of experience in full life-cycle management of small to large scale Web projects.
