Gina Reyes started her career in Hollywood at International Creative Management talent agency in the Motion Picture Production department.  After a great experience at ICM, she had the opportunity to work with Salma Hayek at her newly formed production company, Ventanazul, where Ms. Hayek had a film development deal with MGM.  At Ventanazul, Gina had the opportunity to seek out intellectual property for potential film development and also had exposure to the television space in working with Ms. Hayek’s TV production company, Ventanarosa, where she had an overall deal with ABC Studios.   After four years at Ventanazul, Gina landed at 20th Century Fox Film as a Creative Executive in film development and recently made the move to the Audience Strategy group at Fox Broadcasting Company where she manages all creative efforts including the Fox Writers Intensive and the Fox Global Directors Initiative.

Gina is a native of Chicago and attended Columbia College where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism and Television.

Maurício Mota, co-president and executive producer of Wise Entertainment, a Los Angeles-based production company focused on edgy and entertaining content that focus on underserved audiences and also on social change. With his wife Katie, he serves as executive producer of “East Los High,” a drama series which has earned FIVE Emmy nominations for its realistic portrayal of inner-city Latino high school students since its debut on Hulu in 2013. With its fourth season set to premiere July 15, 2016, East Los High consistently draws strong ratings on Hulu and is the #1 series ever on Hulu Latino. By age 15, Maurício created an award-winning storytelling board game that became present in 4,000 schools and later became a social network used by 700,000 students in the public school system in Brazil. Most recently, in collaboration with the Brazilian government, he created the “School of Series,” a TV series development lab designed after the East Los High model that will shape the next generation of showrunners and content creators in the country. ABC has signed a first look deal with Mota for the 30 series that will come out of the lab
