Yes. We ask that the qualifying writer and/or director attend key events during the 2016 NALIP Media Summit in Los Angeles, CA. NALIP will provide a travel stipend and accommodation for one primary team member (writers, directors or producers) and basic summit registration for up to three. During the Media Summit, we host the Latino Media Awards honoring the year’s winners from various programs, a showcase of projects for select industry invitees, access meetings, as well as other informal gatherings. It’s important that at least one team member from each project be present to present the completed short, to maximize industry exposure for your project, and to celebrate selection as a one of the three Latino Lens Short Narrative Projects.

Note: Accommodation does not cover the duration of the 2016 NALIP Media Summit; however participants are welcome to arrange their own accommodations beyond the days covered by Latino Lens and make use of their summit registration and accreditation.
