Flavio Morales is executive vice president of BIG VIDA Entertainment (BVE), a full-service production company focused on creating content for the U.S.

Latino market in English and Spanish. BVE produced the 2013 and 2014 NCLR ALMA Awards, and El Rey Network's first unscripted series “The Cutting Crew”. Previously, Flavio spent eight years at mun2 where he was senior vice president of programming and production. Under his leadership, mun2's creative content received extensive industry recognition, including a Peabody Award, and helped create the reality series “I Love Jenni”. Flavio has worked for companies such as Wieden & Kennedy, LATV, and his public access show “Ilegal Interns”, which he started when he was a senior in high school.
