Deadline Approaching: California Documentary Project Grant Program

The California Documentary Project (CDP) is a competitive grants program of Cal Humanities that supports documentary film, radio, and new media productions that enhance understanding of California and its cultures, peoples, and histories. Projects should use the humanities to provide context, depth, and perspective and be suitable for California and national audiences through broadcast and/or distribution. CDP grants support documentary projects at the research and development, production, and public engagement stages in amounts ranging from $10,000 to $50,000.
