Kate also appeared in "Trade" (2007) and will soon star in Fox Searchlight's "Under the Same Moon," solidifying her cross-over appeal, acting versatility and international stardom.
Culture Clash: Outstanding Achievement in Theatre. Founders Richard Montoya, Ric Salinas and Herbert Siguenza are the most well-known Chicano/Latino performance troupe in the country and have been utilizing their unique comedic perspective to entertain and provoke American audiences since 1984. Culture Clash is "theater of the moment," giving voice and expression to people in a certain time and place, punctuated by laugh-out-loud fun.
Alana De La Garza: Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series. An esteemed cast member of NBC's Emmy Award-winning series, "Law & Order," De La Garza plays Assistant District Attorney, Connie Rubirosa, and her star continues to rise.
