The Santa Clarita Independent Film Festival (SCIFF) is currently accepting submissions!

SCIFF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit founded with the goal of providing a truly open forum for independent filmmakers and promoting diversity in film. We are currently accepting shorts (under forty minutes), features and documentaries (short or feature-length) in all genres. All filmmakers are encouraged to submit. Films will be judged solely on their merit with equal and fair consideration given to all submissions.

SCIFF runs counter to the current trend at independent festivals to select films for their festivals prior to submission dates being announced. There is no system of favoritism or slot reservation for "select" films. All films shown as festival pieces will come from the submission pool.

We hope you will submit your film and/or encourage others you know to submit their work and be a part of this exciting, new festival.

For submission information, please visit us at http://www.sciffestival.com.
