Conference VI: Call for Volunteers
June 8, 2004
If you have attended a conference in past years,
if you loved it or thought of ways to improve it, now is your
chance to have hand in creating the next conference. We are
starting the production of NALIP Conference VI that will take
place in early 2005 in California. As in past years, we are
looking for volunteers to produce this major event.
We need people to organize panel sessions, work
on the Opening Night reception, Gala Awards Dinner, breakfast
roundtables, hands-on workshops, and many, many more tasks.
As Chair of Conference VI, I will closely work
with our great staff and volunteers to assure that this will
be the best conference to date! I urge you to sign up, let
me know how you are interested in participating. Working on
a program of this magnitude is fun. You will get to know your
fellow NALIP members and other leaders in the field while
providing a valuable service to our Latino media community.
Please contact me at beni_matias@earthlink.net
to sign up! ASAP!
Warm regards,
